Welcome to Jeanne Sauvé Catholic French Immersion School website! 

As the Principal of the school, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone.  We invite you to browse our website to learn more about our school. 

Jeanne Sauvé Catholic French Immersion School is a Kindergarten to Grade 8 School with a student population of approximately 262 students.  We are located in the heart of the beautiful City of Stratford and draw students from Perth County and the surrounding region. 

We welcome students who desire to develop their French language skills through French Immersion which begins in Grade 1. At Jeanne Sauvé, we celebrate French language and culture while also developing proficiency in English. Both the French Immersion and English programs follow the same expectations in the Ontario Curriculum. It is the language of instruction that differs between the two programs. We utilize the french program more than half of the day. 

We are blessed to have an amazing partnership with our priests, Father David Butler and Father Donald Pumputis who both support our school community spiritually.  As the Principal of this school I am truly honoured to work with an amazing staff that is dedicated to instill the importance of living our lives based on our gospel values. We also have a very active Catholic School Advisory Council that consistently supports student-focused learning in a Christ-Centred environment. 

Jeanne Sauvé is an inclusive and collaborative learning community. It is a school where all are welcome and where we support the learning of the whole child.
